On the 22nd of April, 2008, Reader's Digest held their annual "Trusted Brands Survey Awards" at the Four Seasons Hotel. Into its 10th anniversary, the Trusted Brand Award is given to brand owners voted for their consumer turstworthiness in a survey that covered 8 Asian markets, namely Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Hong Kong, Taiwan, mainland China and India. This year, 10 of our members won awards in the Gold and Platinum category. They are:

• SingTel - 2 Platinums for Singapore
• NTUC Fairprice  - 1 Platinum and 1 Gold for Singapore
• Toyota - 1 Gold for Asia, and 1 Platinum for Singapore
• Pilot Pen - 1 Gold for Asia, and 1 Gold for Singapore
• Canon - 3 Golds for Asia, and 2 Gold and 1 Platinum for Singapore
• Nippon Paints - 1 Gold for Asia, and 1 Platinum for Singapore
• Fraser & Neave -  Gold for Singapore, plus Gold for Ice Mountain; Gold for Magnolia; Gold for Sunkist juice; and Gold for Fruit Tree
• Malaysia Dairy Industries - Golds in the Milk and Fruit Juice categories
• Rolex - Gold for Asia, and Gold for Singapore
• L'Oreal - Gold for Asia, and Platinum for Singapore.
